高职院校职业生涯规划教育浅析

Analysis on career planning education in higher vocational colleges

通过分析高职院校职业生涯规划教育的教育理念、教育体系、师资队伍、服务机构，认为目前高职院校缺乏专家化师资队伍和专门的教育服务机构，教育理念存在误区，教学体系不健全，不利于大学生终生职业发展教育理念，为此提出一系列改进措施．

By analyzing career planning education＇s concept, system, teaching staff, and service agency in higher vocational colleges, this article presents that higher vocational colleges are lack of specialist teachers and specialize- d educational service agency, education philosophy exists errors, the teaching system is not perfect. All these are not conducive to the education of college students＇ lifelong occupation development idea. Therefore, this article points out a series of improvement measures.
