摘要
为确保建设工程项目投资各阶段的资金与资源充分合理利用，根据每个阶段不同工程技术特点，就建设项目投资目前存在的问题，提出应注重前期投资估算的精度，推行设计经济责任制等投资控制的主要措施．
In order to ensure that all phases of the construction project investment funds and the resources are fully and rationally used, according to the characteristics of each stage of different engineering technology, aiming at the existing problems of the construction project investment, this article points out that we should focus on prophase investment estimation accuracy, and the major measures for investment control during design of economic responsibility system.
