摘要
弄清了弹药库房需要重点检测的气体种类,并找到库房内有害气体浓度最高的位置,安装相应的传感器对有害气体进行重点检测。硬件方面,构建了基于传感器、信号调理电路和数据采集卡的硬件系统;软件方面,开发了基于LabVIEW的数据采集软件和基于改进粒子群算法优化的BP神经网络模式识别系统。最后,通过实验对气体检测系统的性能进行了验证。结果表明,该系统稳定可靠,较好地完成了数据的采集和分析,实现了对有害气体的准确检测。
The species of harmful gas is defined in the ammunition warehouse ,the area where the concentration of harmful gas is the highest in the warehouse is found and sensors are installed in this place to detect the harmful gas .The hardware system consists of sensors ,measuring amplifier and data acquisition card .The data acquisition software is developed by Lab-VIEW and the BP neural network based on improved particle swarm optimization is used for the data analysis .In the end , the performance of the system is tested by the experiment .The experimental result indicates that the system works steadily , which has effectively completed the tasks of data acquisition and data analysis .
