摘要
针对武汉钢铁集团公司重大危险源监管与事故救援的特点,以现代应急管理和空间决策支持系统理论为基础,在ArcGIS Engine和ImaGIS 3D Browser中间件技术、网络技术等支持下,以SQL Server为数据库平台,采用GeoDatabase数据模型建立空间数据库、利用ArcSDE空间数据引擎实现功能模块与空间数据、属性数据的交互,构建基于ArcGIS的重大危险源监管与救援信息系统。实现了企业危险源的有效监管、事故预警模拟以及辅助救援决策等功能。
In this paper ,in accordance with characteristics of major hazards sources supervision and accidents emergency rescue of WISCO （Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corporation ） and based on modern emergency management and spatial deci-sion-making supporting system ,the safety monitoring and emergency rescue information system for major hazards sources based on ArcGIS is constructed , in which ArcGIS Engine and ImaGIS 3D Browser middleware technologies and network technologies are applied ,the SQL Server is regarded as the database platform ,the GeoDatabase is applied to set up spatial database and also ArcSDE spatial data engine is employed to realize the interaction between functional module and spatial data and attribute data ,which can realize the effective supervision of enterprise hazardous sources ,accidents early warning simulation and rescue decision-making supporting .
