摘要
以粉煤灰、脱水污泥、粘土及石膏为原料研制粉煤灰陶粒,并与市售陶瓷陶粒对模拟印染废水进行试验,研究了不同COD、pH、温度、反应时间对处理效果的影响。结果表明,处理印染废水的最佳运行条件为:pH=7、温度为40℃、反应时间为5 h。比较发现粉煤灰陶粒处理能力优于陶瓷陶粒。
Fly ash ,dehydrated sludge ,clay and gypsum is used as raw materials to develop lytag ,and compared with the commercially available ceramic ceramsite ,the experiments are conducted for simulated printing and dyeing wastewater ,to study the effects of different COD ,pH ,temperature and reaction time on the treatment .The results show that the best oper-ating condition for dyeing and printing wastewater treatment should be :pH=7 ,temperature 40 ℃ ,reaction time of 5 hours and the processing capacity of lytag is superior to the ceramic ceramsite .
