摘要
电火花沉积技术以其节能、节材、环保等诸多优点而成为当今备受关注的再制造工程中的研究热点之一,广泛应用于航空航天、军工、能源、电力、医疗、汽车、矿山、冶金等领域以及精密机械零部件制造与修复。综述了该项技术的基本原理和工艺特点、国内外研究的最新进展,并提出了加快该项技术研究及应用的具体建议。
Electro-spark deposition has become one of the research hot spots about today's focusing remanufacturing engineering, for its energy saving, material saving, environmental protection and many other advantages. It was widely used in aeronautics and astronautics, energy sources, military, nuke industry, automobile, electricity,medical treatment, metallurgy, mining and manufacturing or repairing of precision machinery component, etc. The basic principle and process characteristics of the technology, the latest research progress at home and abroad were summarized and the concrete suggestions to speed up the technology research and application were put forward.
