摘要
采用低温冲击试验及斜Y型坡口焊接裂纹试验方法对07MnNiCrMoVDR钢焊接热影响区的低温冲击韧性和冷裂敏感性进行研究与分析,结果为-40℃时的冲击吸收功远大于规定标准47 J;焊接裂纹试验结果为表面裂纹率和根部裂纹率均为零,断面裂纹率为9.6%,低于生产中遵循的20%标准,表明该钢焊接热影响区的冷裂倾向小,在规定的最低使用温度-40℃时工作安全可靠。
Low-temperature impact toughness and cold cracking susceptibility of HAZ( heat-affected zone) in07 MnNiCrMoVDR steel had been analyzed using methods of low-temperature impact test and inclined Y-groove cracking test. The results showed that ballistic work of HAZ was more than 47 J at-40 ℃. Inclined Y-groove cracking test indicated that surface and root crack were 0, and fracture crack was 9.6%. They were less than defined 20%. So cold crack tendency of 07 MnNiCrMoVDR was smaller. It was safe and credibility to work at-40 ℃ that was minimum serviceability temperature.
