摘要
通过对国内外钛白废酸浓缩的各种方法的研究,总结某技术创新项目的相关数据,设计出采用钛白煅烧尾气、硫酸尾气及天然气等热源浓缩钛白废酸的工艺流程,经过物料衡算及热量衡算,完成了工程设计。该设计方案可以解决目前国内钛白废酸浓缩的各种方法普遍存在的物料堵塞、设备腐蚀、热效率低、开车率低的瓶颈问题,具有投资少、热效率高、运行稳定的优点。
Through research on various methods of the concentration of waste acid from titanium dioxide production at home and abroad, summarized some technical innovation project relevant data, designed the process concentration of waste acid from titanium dioxide production using natural gas and calcining exhaust gas as heat source, completed the engineering design after material balance calculations and heat balance calculations. The design can solve the bottleneck problem common existing in various methods current domestic concentration of waste acid from titanium dioxide production, such as material jams, equipment corrosion, low thermal efficiency and low driving rate. The design has the advantages of less investment, high thermal efficiency, and stable operation.
