摘要
与一般水系统变频改造项目相比,高压变频器在不锈钢中厚板淬火机冷却水系统的应用技术要求更高、与退火炉结合更为紧密、控制过程更为复杂。通过改造,有效解决了淬火机冷却水系统长期大流量、高能耗的弊端。
Compared with common frequency converter transformation project of water systems, the application of high-voltage frequency converter in the cooling water system of quenching machine in stainless steel plate line requires higher standard of technology, has closer integration with the annealing furnace and the control process is more complicated. Through reformation the problem of long-term high flowrate and high energy consumption of the water cooling system of quenching machine was eliminated.
