摘要 介绍了转炉煤气并入高炉煤气改造方式,解决了转炉煤气柜因后部无法消耗富余转炉煤气而拒收问题,增加了转炉吨钢煤气回收量,降低了吨钢成本的同时减轻了煤气富余放散污染环境问题,改善了公司煤气动态平衡,使煤气安全供应更加可靠。 The transformation model to incorporate converter gas into blast furnace gas is introduced. The problem of converter gas holder rejection due to inability to consume surplus gas on the rear was solved, gas recovery rate per ton of steel was increased, and cost of per ton of steel was lowered while environment pollution from free release of surplus gas was reduced. At the same time, the dynamic balance of gas of the company was improved and safe supply of gas was more reliable.
