空分设备低温液体泵操作方法与维护改造措施

摘要 马钢20000 m3/h与35000 m3/h空分设备配备的低温液体泵,因类型与用途不同,采用不同操作方法与维护改造措施,保证设备安全稳定运行。文章介绍液氧泵、循环粗氩泵、汽化氧泵、汽化氩泵在启动、运行、停机时采用操作方法,阐述低温液体泵维护改造措施。 The low-temperature liquid pumps of the 20000 m3/h and 35000 m3/h air separators at Masteel adopted different operating methods and maintenance modification measures due to their different types and functions, to ensure safe and stable operation of the equipment. The operating methods of the liquid oxygen pump, circulating raw argon pump, vaporized oxygen pump and vaporized argon pump for startup, running and stop are introduced and maintenance modification measures for the low-temperature liquid pumps are described.
