摘要 目前烧结余热回收在钢铁企业全面推广和应用,使烧结余热发电和拖动技术快速提升,烧结余热回收工程项目投产后的实际运行效果倍受关注。从工程设计角度,结合多年的工程实践经验,以最大限度的利用烧结余热、提高的余热发电效率、降低的厂自用电和最低的建设投资为设计优化原则,总结了烧结余热发电工程设计的优化措施。 With full-scale promotion and application of sintering waste heat recovery and utilization system in steelmaking enterprises, sintering waste heat power generation and drive technology has developed rapidly and the actual operating effect of sintering waste heat recovery project has drawn more and more attention. From the angle of engineering design, combined with years of engineering experience and sticking to the design optimization principle of maximizing the utilization of sintering waste heat, improving the efficiency of waste heat power generation and reducing cost of auxiliary power plant, the authors summarized the measures to optimize the design of sintering waste heat power generation project.
