摘要
针对卸煤机卡轨问题进行技术分析,并将行走机构驱动由原来的蜗轮蜗杆减速器改为摆线针轮减速器,解决了卸煤机的卡轨问题。
The rail seizure accident of coal unloader was technically analyzed. The orig-inal worm gear speed reducer was replaced by cycloidal-pin gear reducer for the walking structure driving, which solved the problem of rail seizure.
