砂中泥土含量对混凝土性能的影响

Influence of clay powder content on properties of concrete

砂中泥含量一直影响着预拌混凝土的生产质量,试验从混凝土工作性、混凝土抗压强度、混凝土早期收缩等方面研究了砂中泥土含量对混凝土性能的影响,并对其影响机理进行了阐述。结果表明:混凝土外掺少量磨细粘土,对混凝土坍落度、各龄期抗压强度、混凝土早期收缩等性能影响较小;而掺量较大时将明显降低混凝土的坍落度及提高混凝土收缩。

The influence of clay powder content on properties of concrete were studied in this paper. The results showed that, mixed with a small amount of clay powder, the change on the workability of concrete, the strength of concrete and early concrete shrinkage were not obvious. However, when the amount of clay powder was larger, the slump of concrete reduced badly, and the value of early concrete shrinkage was increased more.
