Application of Serial Server in Dual Channel County Dispatching Automation System Construction

为了提高配电网自动化系统的可靠性和降低县级调度自动化双通道系统的建设成本,本文首先论述了建设双通道的必要性,论证了串口联网服务器实现双通道的可行性,并提出了调度自动化系统双通道的建设方案和实施办法,最后介绍了该方案在国网青阳县供电公司的实际应用,以期为系统内其他单位调度自动化双通道系统的建设提供参考。

In order to improve the reliability of distribution automation system and reduce dual channel dispatching automation system construction cost, this paper first discusses the necessity of dual channel construction, demonstrates the feasibility of dual channel for serial servers. Then a construction scheme of dual channel dispatching automation system and corresponding implementation method are proposed. Finally, the actual application of the scheme in Qingyang Power Supply Company is presented to provide construction reference for other units in dual channel dispatching automation system.
