摘要
为了巩固人力资源信息化建设成果,进一步提升人力资源集约化管理的深度和广度,国家电网公司开展了人力资源管理信息系统优化提升实践研究。文章介绍了人力资源管理信息系统的总体技术架构、部署方案及应用集成方案。国家电网公司SG-ERP人力资源管理信息系统是一套横向集成、纵向贯通、业务全覆盖、人员全包含、过程全管控的人力资源信息平台,系统的建成进一步提升了人力资源管理信息系统的覆盖面,提升了人力资源业务内部及外部的信息支撑能力。
To strengthen the human resource information constrtiction achievements and enhance the depth and breadth of intensive human resources management, State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) develops the optimization and improvement practice of human resource management information. This paper introduces the general technical architecture, human resource management information system deployment scheme and application integration scheme. SG-ERP human resource management information system is a human resource information platform with horizontal integration, vertical penetrating, full coverage of all business, including human resources and process control. The system will further enhance the human resource management information system coverage, improve human resources business internal and external information support capability.
