摘要 提出一种应用在降压型DC-DC变换器的自调节斜坡补偿电路。该电路通过动态判断系统占空比的变化,自动调节斜坡补偿量,同时用限流比较器代替误差电压箝位,从而消除了斜坡补偿对带载能力的影响。此电路基于0.18μm CMOS工艺,已应用于一款大电流DC-DC Buck型变换器,仿真和测试结果表明,系统具有良好的瞬态响应和较大的带载能力,当系统占空比在35%~85%变化时,该芯片的峰值电流变化量小于4.5%。 A self-adjustable slope compensation circuit for DC-DC converter is presented in this paper. Through detecting the change of the duty cycle, the circuit can adjust the slope com- pensation automatically. At the same time, the influence of the slope compensation over the maximum current ability is reduced by substituting a current limit comparator for error voltage clamping. Based on the 0.18 μm CMOS process, this configuration is applied in a DC-DC converter. The simulation and the test results show that the chip has a nice transient response and strong load capability. The variation of the peak current is less than 4.5 % when the duty cycle changes from 35%to 85%.
