自适应随动触发射孔压力存储测试方法

摘要 针对前一代石油井下压力测试系统中绝对压力触发方式稳定性不高,触发压力选择不灵活,受工艺差异影响较大,关键数据易丢失等问题,提出了随动式触发方式的存储测试方法。该方法结合环空压力变化的特点,采用A/D与D/A控制器实时更新当前比较器压力数据,通过模拟比较,实现自适应随动触发功能。分析与实践表明:随动式触发方式能灵活适应不同射孔工艺捕捉瞬变压力信号的关键环节,有效提高了单次测试准确触发的可靠性。 The absolute pressure trigger mode is not stable in the previous generation of downhole pressure test system. In previous method, the choice of absolute trigger pressure is not flexible, it is greatly influenced by technological differences. As the key data in absolute pressure trigger mode lost easily. We put forward the adaptive servo trigger storage testing method. According to the transformable characteristics of the annulus pressure, this method uses A/D and D/A controller to update current comparator pressure data in real time. It achieved the adaptive servo trigger function by simulation comparison. Analysis and practice show that the servo trigger method can be adapted to different perforating technology flexibility. It can capture the key link of transient pressure signal. This method improved the reliability of the single test accurate trigger effectively.
