摘要
目的市售氨氮试剂盒多是由纳氏试剂比色法简化制成的,存在汞污染且准确度低,本文研制出一种新型环保水质氨氮快速检测试剂盒,配有易分辨的标准比色板。方法参考GB5750-2006生活饮用水标准检验方法中氨氮检测的第二法即酚盐分光光度法,选择合适的试剂及显色条件,根据标准系列显色后溶液的颜色用电分法做出比色板,将试剂和比色板拼装成试剂盒。对新型氨氮试剂盒、市售试剂盒及标准方法测定结果进行了比较。结果做出的比色板颜色梯度变化明显,该试剂盒与国标法测定结果相比误差小,与目前市售氨氮试剂盒相比具有更加灵敏、准确,无试剂汞污染的特点。试剂盒在室温条件下至少可保存半年,在冰箱中可保存一年。结论本方法所研制的氨氮速测试剂盒快速、准确、环保,具有良好的应用前景。
Objective A commercially available ammonia nitrogen kit is simply made by Nessler's reagent colorimetric method,which is notoriously known for the mercury pollution and low accuracy. To solve this deficiency,a new and environment-friendly kit for fast testing of ammonia nitrogen was developed and equipped with a well-designed colorimetric plate.Methods Based on the national standard GB5750-2006(Standard examination methods for drinking water)-Carbolate spectrophotometry,right reagent and coloration condition were selected to develop a colorimetric plate,and a new-type kit was successfully made with the colorimetric plate and and reagents. Then the determination results of new-type ammonia nitrogen kit,a commercially available kit and standard methods were compared. Results The new-type ammonia nitrogen kit had distinct color gradient changes,and the test result had smaller errors than that of the national standard method. Compared to commercially available kit,the new-type kit was free from mercury contamination of reagents,more sensitive and accurate. The kit can be stored at room temperature for at least six months or twelve months when stored in a refrigerator. Conclusion This new-developed kit,capable of fast detection with high accuracy,has a promising application prospect.
