天麻微粉的毒理学安全性评价 被引量:9

Toxicological assessment on safety of superfine Rhizoma Gastrodiae powder

摘要 目的评价天麻微粉作为保健品开发利用的安全性。方法依据食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法进行大、小鼠急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验、Ames试验和大鼠30 d喂养试验。结果大、小鼠经口MTD>15 g/kg·bw,属无毒级;骨髓细胞微核试验、精子畸形试验和Ames试验、结果均为阴性;大鼠30 d喂养试验对大鼠体重、增重、进食量、食物利用率、脏器系数及血常规、血生化等各项指标均未见不良影响。病理组织学观察,肝、脾、肾、胃、十二指肠、睾丸、卵巢均未见明显与摄入样品有关的组织学病理改变。结论在本试验条件下,天麻微粉符合食品安全性毒理学评价标准对保健食品的要求,作为保健食品有进一步开发利用的价值。 Objective To evaluate the safety of superfine Rhizoma gastrodiae powder as the health care products. Methods The acute oral toxicity test of mice and rats,mice bone marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test,Ames test,and30-day feeding test on rats were carried out in this study according to the procedures for toxicological assessment of food. Results The MTD for mice and rats was more than 15 g/kg·bw,belonging to non-toxic grade. The results of Ames test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test and mice sperm abnormality test were all negative. All indexes of rats including body mass,weight gain,food intake,food usage rate,organ coefficient and blood routine examination,blood biochemistry index,as well as liver,spleen,kidney,stomach,duodenum,testis,ovary in 30-day feeding test were not abnormal. Conclusion Superfine Rhizoma Gastrodiae powder is proved safe in this study,so it can be further developed as health care products.
