摘要
目的浅要探讨集中空调系统送风口空气微生物粒径在安德森采样器粒径的分布规律及危害程度。方法利用安德森空气采样器监测集中空调系统送风口微生物数量和粒径,与医院洁净空气和新启用空调相比较,分析粒径大小分布差别,用EXCEL和SPSS进行数据统计。结果集中空调系统粒径分布呈偏态分布,第3级~6级占76%~95%,主要分布在第4级、5级,颗粒或微生物易进入肺部呼吸道,医院层流室洁净空间呈偏态分布,主要分布在第1级、2级;致病菌主要分布在第5级、6级。结论集中空调送风口微生物粒径分布主要分布在第3级~6级,对肺部危害大;高空第3级~6级比低空分布比例大;新启用空调3级~6级粒子比例相对较小;空调微生物粒子数量及3级~6级比例是可控的。
Objective To discuss the distribution rule and damage degree of microorganism particle size at air supply outlet of central air conditioning by Anderson sampler. Methods Anderson air sampler was used to monitor the quantity and particle size of microorganism at air supply outlet of central air conditioning system,then the the monitoring results were compared with those of the clean air and new air conditioners in the hospital for analysis of the difference of particle size and distribution using EXCEL and SPSS. Results The particle size of microorganism at central conditioning system exhibited skewed distribution,and particle size between grade 3 ~ 6 accounted for 76% ~ 95%,mainly distributed in grade 4 and 5,and easily entering the airway of lung. The particle size distribution of microorganism in laminar flow clean room of the hospital showed skewed distribution,mainly distributed in grade 1,2. While that of pathogenic bacteria were mainly distributed in grade 5 and 6. Conclusion The particle size of microorganism at air supply outlet of central air conditioning are mainly distributed in grade 3 ~ 6,harmful to the lungs. Microorganism particle size between grade 3 ~ 6 showed higher proportion in upper air than lower air,and accounted for a low proportion in new air conditioners. Microbial particles of air conditioners were controllable in quantity and grade 3 ~ 6 proportion.
