2010年-2013年广东省婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌污染情况调查 被引量:27

摘要 目的了解广东省市售婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌的污染状况。方法 2010年-2013年根据广东省人口分布情况、地域分布特点、经济发展水平等因素选择广东省15个地市的百货公司、超市、便利店、农贸市场、学校周边小商铺以及网店,按照随机抽样的方法采集婴幼儿食品(包括婴幼配方食品、较大婴儿和幼儿配方食品、婴幼儿谷类辅助食品),并参照GB4789.40-2010对其中的阪崎肠杆菌进行连续监测。结果 2010年-2013年间共采集到婴幼儿食品1 140份,阪崎肠杆菌的总检出率为3.2%(36/1 140)。其中,婴儿配方食品的阪崎肠杆菌检出率为0.4%(1/226),较大婴儿和幼儿配方食品的检出率为0.4%(1/268)、婴幼儿谷类辅助食品的检出率为5.3%(34/646)。阪崎肠杆菌在2010年、2012年、2013年3年中均有检出,且全年4个季度的检出率相仿。采样场所中农贸市场的检出率最高,超市的检出率最低。产地本省的婴幼儿食品检出率明显比产地外省高。结论广东省婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌的总体污染状况较轻,其中以婴幼儿谷类辅助食品的检出率较高。 Objective To investigate the contamination levels of Enterobacter sakazakii in infant foods in Guangdong province.Methods From 2010 to 2013,according to population distribution,characteristics of food production,economic development and regional distribution features of Guangdong province,infant food samples were collected from supermarkets,department stores,convenience stores,farmer's market,school-surrounding stores and on-line stores in 15 cities of Guangdong province by random sampling,and Enterobacter sakazakii was detected in these samples in line with national standard GB4789. 40-2010. Results A total of 1 140 infant food samples were collected from 2010 to 2013,and the prevalence of Enterobacter sakazakii was 3. 2%(36/1 140). While the prevalence of Enterobacter sakazakii in infant formula,older infants and young children formula,cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children were 0. 4%(1/226),0. 4%(1/268),5. 3%(34/646),respectively. Enterobacter sakazakii were detected in 2010,2012 and 2013,with the similar quarter detection rates. The highest prevalence of Enterobacter sakazakii was found in farm's market,while the lowest prevalence was found in supermarkets.The positive rate of Enterobacter sakazakii was higher in indigenous food products than that in those adventive ones. Conclusion The contamination level of Enterobacter sakazakii was relatively low in infant foods of Guangdong province. More attention should be paid to the cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children.
