积极降压在防治糖尿病肾病中的作用 被引量：6

摘要 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最主要的微血管并发症之一，它是导致慢性肾衰竭发生的主要原因，这种趋势在我国也越来越明显。糖尿病与高血压常合并存在。流行病学调查显示，在糖尿病人群中，高血压发生率比年龄匹配的非糖尿病人群高1．5-3倍。
