藤龙补中汤对晚期大肠癌患者Th1型免疫反应作用

Effects of Tenglongbuzhong decoction on Th1 immune response in patients with advanced colorectal cancer

[目的]观察藤龙补中汤对晚期大肠癌患者细胞免疫功能作用。[方法]将62例晚期大肠癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予化疗治疗,治疗组给予藤龙补中汤联合化疗治疗;观察2组患者治疗前后T细胞亚群及相关细胞因子变化情况。[结果]治疗组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+CD28+T细胞亚群,Th1型细胞因子IL-2与IFN-γ,以及IL-12显著升高(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]藤龙补中汤可以增强Th1型免疫反应,并可能与升高IL-12促使Th1细胞分化,分泌Th1型细胞因子促CD8+T执行细胞免疫功能相关,值得进一步研究。

[Objective]To observe the effects of Tenglongbuzhong decoction on cellular immune function in patients with advanced coloreetal cancer. EMethods] Sixty two advaced colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,treated with chemotherapy or Tenglongbuzhong decoction combined with chemotherapy respectively. T lymphocyte subsets and related eytokines in the pa tients were observed before and after the treatment. EResults]CD3 ＋ ,CD4＋ and CD8＋ CD28 } T lymphocyte subsets were significantly elevated after the treatment in the treatment group compared with control group （P〈0.01）. In addition,IL-12,and Thl-type cytokines including IL 2 and IFN-γ were also significantly in creased in the treatment group compared with control group（P〈0.01）. EConclusion]Tenglongbuzhong de- coction could enhance Thl immune response in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Its mechanism may be associated with elevating IL-12 to promote Thl lymphocytes differentiation,which in turn secretes Thl type eytokines to help CD8＋ T cells executes cellular immunity.
