地佐辛对老年患者肠道术后胃肠运动功能恢复的影响

The clinical effects of Dezocine on the gastrointestinal dynamics function recovery among elderly patients with intestinal surgery

[目的]探讨地佐辛对于老年患者肠道术后胃肠运动功能的影响及应用价值。[方法]选择在我院行肠道手术治疗的老年患者108例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予吗啡镇痛,观察组给予地佐辛镇痛,观察2组患者术后胃肠道运动功能的恢复情况。[结果]观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间和术后住院时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3d胃动素浓度、胃泌素浓度提高幅度优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后不良反应比较差异无统计学意义。[结论]地佐辛应用在老年肠道手术患者中可以缩短患者肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、排便时间以及术后住院时间,有效提升患者胃动素和胃泌素浓度水平,不增加患者不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

[Objective]To discuss the effects of Dezocine on postoperative gastrointestinal motor func- tion and its application value for elderly patients with intestinal surgery. [Methods]One hundred and eight cases of elderly patients in our line of intestinal surgery treatment were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, given morphine analgesia and Dezocine respectively. The postop- erative gastrointestinal motor function recovery were observed in the above two groups.[Results] Time in- dicators including bowel sounds recovery time, exhaust time, defecation time and postoperative length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than that in the control group, and the difference be- tween the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Indicators of motilin and gastrin secretion 3 days after surgery of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, the difference be- tween the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant differ- ence in after-surgery complications between the two groups. [Conclusion]Dezocine applied in elderly pa- tients with intestinal surgery can shorten bowel sounds recovery time, exhaust time, defecation time, post- operative hospital stay,effectively improve postoperative motilin and gastrin secretion level, with no in- crease in adverse reactions, which is worthwhile to be vigorously promoted in clinic.
