摘要
能源成本占企业生产成本的比重越来越大,因此,能源计量越发显得重要,针对工厂里控制系统比较繁杂,运用OPC技术开发用于工厂能耗数据的采集,运用SCADA平台对数据进行分析处理,制作报表及趋势。SCADA具有集群式服务器,能够保证系统的安全性和及时性,SCADA的B/S结构也能满足各级管理人员的需求,方便对生产监控。结果表明,基于能够满足对能源的管理和分散数据的采集、分析处理、报表等任务对实时性和准确性的要求,该系统可广泛应用于工业自动化以满足日常管理的需要。
For the requirement of Chinese large-scale industrial enterprise’s energy resources measure, this paper-applies OPC technology and SCADA to develop an energy management system, which implements data acquisition by OPC technology, and implements data analyzing, data disposing and data report through SCADA platform. The running results show that the EMS based on OPC technology and SCADA has settled the area dispersibility problem of energy management. The system structure can be widely used in industrial automation to meet the needs of daily management.
