摘要
由于三峡工程、长江堤防等水利工程的建设运行,沮漳河水情和工情改变较大,需对其洪水调度方案进行复核和调整。在沮漳河现状防洪能力基础上,考虑各水利工程的影响,建立了沮漳河洪水调度数学模型,按照不同典型年与不同长江洪水位组合及不同民垸的分洪情况,对沮漳河洪水进行了演算。结果表明,通过优化调度沮漳河民垸,可使其蓄洪容量达到超额洪量的60%。民垸的运用可以抵御1984年型10 a一遇洪水,无法抵御1996年型10 a一遇洪水。
The construction and operation of Three Gorges Project and Yangtze River embankment changes the water regime and engineering situation of Juzhang River significantly, so the flood regulation scheme should be rechecked and adjusted. On the basis of the present flood control capacity of Juzhang River, by consideration on the influences of the hydropower projects, the mathematical model for flood control regulation of Juzhang River is established. The floods of Juzhang River under different com-binations of typical years, flood levels of Changjiang as well as flood diversion by polders were calculated. The results show that 60% of the excessive flood can be stored by optimal utilization of the polders, which can control 1984 type 10-year recurrence flood but can not control 1996 type 10-year recurrence flood.
