摘要 目的:探讨分析16排螺旋CT三维重建在腕、踝关节损伤中的诊断价值。方法:选择2012年1月至2013年12月我院收治的腕、踝关节损伤患者60例,所有患者均经DR摄片、单排CT平扫、16排螺旋CT薄层平扫,再将16排螺旋CT薄层横断面图像进行三维重建,分别获得横断面、矢状面、冠状面及容积再现的图像。结果:16排螺旋CT的检查准确性显著优于DR摄片和单排CT平扫,3种检查的优片率组间比较P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:16排螺旋CT三维重建技术是一种较新的影像学技术,为临床采取整复固定和手术治疗等措施提供了可靠的依据,是诊断腕、踝关节损伤较为快速、准确和经济的检查方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of the analysis 16-slice spiral CT reconstruction in the wrist, ankle injury. Methods: From January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital wrist, ankle injury in 60 patients, all patients were DR radiography, single-row CT scan, 16 slice CT scan thin, then 16-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction of thin cross-sectional images were obtained cross-sectional images, sagittal, coronal and volume reproduction. Results: Check the accuracy of 16-slice spiral CT was significantly better than the DR radiography and single-slice CT scan, check the gifted among three kinds of chip rate group P〈0.05, a statistically significant difference.Conclusion: 16-slice spiral CT technology is a relatively new imaging technology, taking the entire complex fixed and surgical treatment for clinical measures provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of wrist, ankle injury is more rapid, accurate and economical inspection methods, worthy of clinical application.
