摘要
研究了以甲基苯胺为溶剂,采用纳米催化剂,催化加氢硝基甲苯制备甲基苯胺的绿色工艺。考查了反应压力、反应温度、搅拌转速、甲基苯胺用量、硝基甲苯用量、催化剂用量等反应条件对加氢反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明,硝基甲苯与甲基苯胺加入量比为4∶10(质量比),催化剂加入量为硝基甲苯加入量的10%,在反应温度100~120℃,H2压力1.2-1.4 MPa,搅拌速率1500r/min的反应条件下,硝基甲苯的转化率达到88.5%以上,甲基苯胺的选择性可达100%。反应过程中催化剂可重复使用。整个工艺过程安全环保,成本低,能耗低,收益高。
The hydrogenation reaction of Methylnitrobenzene catalyzed by nanocatalyst to prepare Methylaniline using Methylaniline as the solvent was studied. Reaction pressure,reaction temperature,stirring speed,Methylaniline dosage, Methylnitrobenzene dosage and catalyst dosage on the catalytic hydrogenation were investigated. The conditions of hydrogenation reaction were determined. The experimental results showed that the conversion of Methylnitrobenzene could reach ≥88.5% ,the selectivity of Methylaniline could reach 100% under the reaction conditions of reaction: Methylnitrobenzene/Methylnitrobenzene weight ratio of 4 : 10, nanocatalyst /Methylnitrobenzene weight ratio of 10%, temperature 100 - 120℃, hydrogen pressure 1.2 - 1.4 MPa, stirring rate 1500 r/min . The catalyst could be reused. The process is safe and environmentally friendly with low cost and low energy consumption.
