薄板模型中渗碳诱发的扩散应力分析

摘要 基于文献数据,拟合得到渗碳后炉管径向碳浓度分布曲线方程,渗碳产生的膨胀应力可以等效成温差产生的温差应力,简化成二维薄板模型。结果表明:薄板的临气侧因渗碳而引起了一定的压应力,中间部位主要以受临气侧膨胀而产生的拉压力作用为主,表现出拉应力,背气源侧则主要受临气侧和中间部位的弯曲应力为主,表现出压应力。 Based on literature date, fitting curve equation of the radial concentration distribution of carbon after the furnace pipe earburizing, and simplified as a thin plate. The result shows that:the side of thin plate near the gas displayed pressure stress as carburizing, the middle part mainly affected by tensile stress caused by the near gas side expansion, the back side mainly affected by compressive stress due to the bending stress of the near side and the middle part.
