腹腔镜胃袖状切除附加转流术研究现状 被引量：4

摘要 目前，主流的减重手术为腹腔镜胃袖状切除术、Roux-en-Y胃转流术和胃束带术。在这三种术式中，腹腔镜胃袖状切除由于相对简单、安全、术后营养缺乏程度较轻，近年应用日益增多。胃袖状切除术最初系用于极度肥胖患者的初次手术，为转流术创造条件。既往研究认为这种术式减重及代谢改善效果不如转流术[1，2]。为克服上述问题，有作者尝试在胃袖状切除基础上增加各种附加肠道转流。主要包括小肠转流、回肠间置，以及回肠间置＋小肠转流。本文拟对此技术作一综述。
