钙调蛋白S100A8/A9在结直肠癌肝转移患者中的表达意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨结直肠癌肝转移患者原位灶钙调蛋白S100A8/A9的表达情况,以及与肝转移数之间的关联性.方法:搜集我院2005年4月~2013年10月间的结直肠癌肝转移患者临床病理资料及结直肠癌原发灶标本,采用免疫组织化学分别检测S100A8/A9在正常结直肠黏膜组织及原发灶中的表达水平,利用卡方检验方法分析肝转移数与S100A8/A9之间的相关性.结果:S100A8及S100A9分别在正常粘膜组与原发灶组对比中,原发灶组S100A8与S100A9含量均比正常粘膜组含量明显增高,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.0001).原发灶S100A8与S100A9含量分别与肝转移数行卡方检验,结果显示S100A8与S100A9水平均与肝转移数相关,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:结直肠癌肝转移患者中,原发灶S100A8/A9含量明显升高,并随着S100A8/A9表达的升高,肝转移数量增多的风险随之增加.
