介绍了宣钢炼铁厂在链篦机-回转窑球团矿生产过程中配加有机黏结剂的试验过程，并总结了不同配加量对球团工艺操作及产质量指标的影响，且达到最佳配量时能够提高球团矿品位，降低SiO2含量。

This paper introduces the ironworks of Xuan Steel match test process with addition of organic binder in the grate kiln pellet production process, and summarized the effects of different adding amount on pelletizing process operation and product quality index, and the best dosage can improve the grade of pellet, decrease the content of SiO2.
