摘要 吸烟是许多疾病发生的危险因素,而尼古丁是烟草中最主要的生物碱。本文回顾了烟草中尼古丁的吸收、分布、人体内短期和长期烟草暴露的生物标志以及烟草中尼古丁对肿瘤的作用。为了深入理解吸烟的成瘾性及促癌性提供了理论基础。 Smoking is one of the major risk factors of many diseases. Nicotine is the most important alkaloid in cigarette. We review the absorption,distribution,biomarkers of nicotine and its effect on tumor. Provides a theoretical basis for the further understanding of the smoking addiction and cancerous promotion.
