摘要
文章在描述了食用植物油加工业中外资企业的现状的基础上,从市场集中度、国内市场占有率、国际竞争力、劳动生产率和人均利润五个方面,对比分析了食用植物油加工业中外资企业的竞争力状况。结果显示,整体上中资企业的相对竞争能力较弱,与外资企业的竞争力差距较大,中资企业的竞争能力有待提高。并就如何提高食用植物油加工业中资企业的竞争力建议如下:整合资源,优化配置;提高产品附加值,增强产业价值链;提高产品质量,建立品牌效应;引进先进设备,精简人员配备。
Describing the current situation of Chinese and foreign enterprises in edible vegetable oil processing industry, This paper contrasts these enterprise competitiveness in areas of market concentration, domestic market share, international competitiveness, labor productivity and per capita profit. The results showed that Chinese enterprise competitiveness is weaker. Measures should be taken to improve and promote Chinese enterprises competitiveness: resources integration, allocation optimalization, increase of product added value, extension of industrial chain value, improvement of product quality, establishment of brand effect, introduction of advanced equipment, and streamlining of staff.
