摘要
介绍了陕西小水电生态环境保护现状与问题,分析了其深层次原因,提出了今后绿色小水电建设的主要做法及打算。
Ecological environment protection status and problems of small hydropower station in Shaaxi are introduced. In depth causes are analyzed,main practices and intension of green small hydropower station construction in the future are proposed.
