摘要
作为多盘式真空过滤机的核心部件之一,扇形板直接影响着设备的过滤能力和效率。波纹扇形板具有过滤面积大、过滤效率高、质量轻、材料利用率高的优势,但其波高渐变、波形复杂的结构特点造成较大的制作困难。通过对成形模具外形结构、压制行程和弹顶装置、导向定位装置、凸凹模具等进行分析、计算,结合单位设备情况,设计出了波纹板起伏成形模具。该模具采用以特制的聚氨酯橡胶垫为主要部件的压制和弹顶装置,实现一次动作2个工作行程,连续完成工件定位、压制、整形、弹出4个工作步骤,成形效率高,效果好,制作出的波纹板达到设计和使用要求。
As one of the core components of multi-disc vacuum filter, the structure of fan filter plate directly affects the capacity and efficiency of the device. The fan-shaped ripple plate has the advantages of large filtering area, high filtration efficiency, but it is difficult to be produced because of high gradient and the waveform complex structure. Combined with our current equipment and based on the analysis and calculation of the forming mould shape structure, suppressed journey, sprang device, guiding and positioning device, concave-convex mould and so on, the rolling and forming mould of the ripple plate was designed. The design of the mould was novel, and it adopted the suppressing and springing device whose main components was special polyurethane rubber mat. It implemented two working journey in an action, and continuously completed workpiece positioning, pressing, shaping and springing four steps. The efficiency of forming ripple plate is high, and the forming effect is good. The ripple-plate can meet the requirements of design and use.
