摘要 根据国家电监会对于机组实施辅助服务的要求,结合四川电网内水电机组投入AGC的运行情况,主要针对二滩水电站机组参加四川电网AGC运行后带来的影响展开了分析。由于水电机组在低负荷频繁调节工况下会降低运行效率,在投入AGC后频繁跨越机组运行振动区或长时间在振动区边缘运行会加重水轮机的空化空蚀和水轮机叶片的振动,为此,提出了应与电网调度部门积极协调、严控机组检修质量、加强设备运行管理、合理安排机组运行方式等措施来改善机组运行状况,以保证机组既能满足辅助服务的要求,又能保证四川电网的需求,从而使机组安全稳定运行。 According to the SERC's requirements for implementing auxiliary service of units, the impact of AGC operation in Siehuan Power Grid of Ertan Hydropower Station on its units is analyzed according to the operation situation of AGC. As the frequent adjustment of hydropower units at low load conditions will reduce the operating efficiency, in the condition of AGC operation, the units frequently operate beyond operation vibration zone or at boundary of vibration zone, which could result in the aggravation of turbine cavitations and its blade vibration. Thus, the measures for improving the unit operation are put forward, in- cluding actively coordinating with dispatching department of power grid, strictly controlling the maintenance quality of units, strengthening operation management of equipments, and rationally arranging operating mode of units to ensure the units meet both requirements for auxiliary service and Sichuan Power Grid, so as to make sure the safe and stable operation of the units.
