摘要
煤炭的燃烧会产生大量的CO2,而我国火电行业是煤炭燃烧的主要行业,有效地降低火电行业的碳排放量将为我国实现自主减排目标提供重要保障。选取能耗更低、排放CO2更少、经济效益更好的碳减排技术将成为我国火电行业实现碳减排的一种有效途径。利用层次分析法和数据包络分析法对国内火电行业已经成功应用的8种碳减排技术从能源、经济、技术3个方面进行综合评估研究,得出这8种技术的优先顺序。
Coal combustion produces a large amount of carbon dioxide. Currently, coal power plants are the major contributor to carbon dioxide emissions in China, so the effective control of carbon dioxide emissions from coal power plants will provide a vital support to achieve China's target to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 40 to 45 percent by 2020 from the 2005 levels. Selecting a carbon reduction technology featured by lower energy consumption, less carbon dioxide emissions, and better economic benefits is supposed to be an effective approach for coal power plants to meet the carbon dioxide reduction target. This paper focuses on assessing the cost-effectiveness of eight widely used carbon reduction technologies in China by using an analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment analysis. Taking three major factors including environment sustainability, cost and benefits and the effectiveness of technologies into consideration, this paper ranks the eight carbon reduction technologies and provides a guideline for the selection of these technologies.
