摘要
对常州绿色动力环保热电有限公司入炉垃圾组分中VS及水分含量进行检测,同时监测厂区内PM2.5的浓度,并对监测数据进行分析:结果表明该垃圾焚烧发电厂厂区内PM2.5平均质量浓度为0.100 g/m3,最高为0.124 g/m3,最低为0.086 g/m3,与入炉垃圾组分中VS及水分含水量无直接对应关系;对垃圾焚烧炉合理工况下的炉膛温度及O2量进行调整,观察炉膛温度、O2变化及对应厂区内PM2.5的浓度并进行分析,结果表明:厂区内PM2.5的浓度与合理工况下的炉膛温度变化无直接对应关系,与O2变化有一定关系,随着O2含量的增加而降低,当O2体积比超过10%时,厂区内PM2.5的浓度基本稳定。
The MSW components VS and water content of Changzhou green power environmental thermoelectric Co. Ltd. were detected, meanwhile, in PM2.5 in this plant was monitored and analyzed. The results showed that the waste incineration power plant in PM2.5 was 0.100 g/m3 in average , the highest was 0.124 g/m3, the lowest was 0.086 g/m3, which had no direct corresponding relationship with VS and moisture content in the MSW components; the garbage incineration furnace temperature and O2 furnace reasonable conditions of furnace temperature were adjusted, O2 changes and corresponding plant PM2.5 was monitored and analyzed, the results showed that temperature changes in the PM2.5 numerical and reasonable under the condition was of no direct correspondence, it had a certain relationship with the change of O2, which decreased with increasing of the O2 content, when the O2 content was over 10%, PM2.5 in the plant stayed basically stability.
