摘要
目的建立顶空气相色谱法测定贝诺酯中有机溶剂残留量。方法采用用Analytical Technology AT·OV-1301毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×1.00μm)为色谱柱,火焰离子化检测器,载气:氮气;进样口温度200℃,检测器温度250℃,分流比2∶1;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温100℃。进样方式:顶空进样,平衡温度85℃,平衡时间20 min。以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,外标法测定。结果被测物完全分离,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系,精密度良好。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可用于贝诺酯残留溶剂检测。
Objective To establish a method of headspace gas chromatography for the determination of the residual solvents in Benorilate.Methods The Analytical Technology AT · OV-1301 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm× 1.00 μm) with a flame ionization detector (FID) was adopted, and nitrogen gas was used as carrier. The temperatures of the injector inlet and the detector were set at 200 ℃ and 250 ℃, respectively. Split ratio was 2 : 1, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 100 ℃. Samples were equilibrated at 85 ℃ for 30 min. External standard method was used with the dimethylacetylamide as solvent. Results Excellent resolution and good linear cablibration curves of the residual solvents were obtained. Conclusion This accurate and sensitive method can be applied in the detection of residual solvents in Benorilate.
