摘要
佐藤学的共同体学校思想强调学校教育要通过倾听、应对教学、合作性同事关系、开设综合课程等方式,构建学生与学生、教师与学生、教师与教师、学校与社区之间的学习共同体。它汇集学校管、教与学各个主体的观念、行为的深刻变化,虽潜移默化,却产生变革性的影响。佐氏学习共同体学校的研究扎根基层、面向一线,重在解决问题,推进改革,对基础教育改革有积极的启示。
This paper summarizes the Misaki Sato's thought of community school which emphasizes that teaching by listening ,dealing with teaching,cooperative relationship with colleagues,offering compre-hensive courses etc, esteblishing learning community school for students and students, teachers and students,teachers and teachers,schools and the communities.It is necessary to put forward the Misaki Sa-to's feature on education research,and further setting forth the community school thought enlightenment to elementary education reform.
