摘要
清末庚子事变中义和团出于朴素的爱国主义情感,逐教民、攻教堂、抗联军;统治阶级内部则分化为两大派系,抚团排外派昧于世界大势,他们"恃人心以立国"貌似冠冕堂皇的主张,多出于守旧心理,更有"大阿哥党"乃为一己之私利,拿国运作赌,爱国理应与他们无涉;剿团和洋派从事理出发,或建议或抗争,甚或还有丢掉性命者,然终不能影响清廷抚团排外的决策,他们有心爱国,无力报国。庚子事变中各派爱国之心意境不同,显然有高下之分。
Because of simple patriotic emotion,the Boxerers come out boldly to slaughter parishioners, attack the Church and resist the Coalition during the Boxer rebellion,while the rulers are divided into two factions.Some advocate to offer amnesty and enlistment to the Boxerers and repel Westerners.However, their opinions sounds high,they are mainly old liners,and donot understand what happened in the world, so they conduct foolishly,what is more,some of them （the groups of the crown prince）dare go so far as to take the nation＇s fortune for gambling for their selfish interests.Of couse they are not patriots;The others advocate to suppress the Boxerers and compromise with Westerners.They try to persuad the policymakers, some of them even lay down their lives.But it is a pity that they couldnot make the policymakers change their minds.Of couse they are somewhat patriotic,yet they have no other ways for serving the nation;and their patriotic ideal state are different,some noble and some humble.
