新形势下的竞争情报与国家战略——2013竞争情报北京论坛会议综述

On Competitive Intelligence and National Strategy under New Situations and Circumstances

中国科学技术情报学会竞争情报分会、中国科学技术信息研究所联合举办的"2013竞争情报北京论坛"于2013年6月26日在北京举行。论坛主题为"新形势下的竞争情报与国家战略",主题之下又设置了"新形势下的国家战略与竞争情报需求""竞争情报与技术创新"等6个议题,来自全国科技情报信息机构、高等院校、企业、咨询机构、战略与政策研究机构、图书馆等单位的180多名代表参加了会议。包昌火、缪其浩等14位专家作了大会报告,并与参会代表围绕论坛的主题和议题,进行了研讨交流。本文从"新形势下我国的重大竞争情报需求""新形势下科技情报信息机构发展道路""大数据与情报工作""竞争情报理论、方法、技术工具进展"4个方面,对本次论坛精要进行归纳综述。

＂2013 Competitive Intelligence Forum in Beijing＂ was held by Society of Competitive Intelligence of China and the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China in Beijing on June 26, 2013. The theme of the forum was ＂ competitive intelligence and na-tional strategy under new situations and circumstances＂ , which included six sub-topics. More than 180 attendees attended the conference, 14 experts presented their reports around the theme of the forum. This paper summarized and reviewed the forum in four aspects.
