Exploring the Subject Structure and Knowledge Flow Based on Journal Co-citation Network and Inter-citation Network

摘要 以WOS数据库中生态学领域期刊的引用关系为基础,应用社会网络分析方法,从期刊同被引和互引两个角度分析了生态学领域的学科结构和知识流动。在期刊同被引角度,描绘了生态学的主流子学科的结构关系,揭示出生态学高影响因子期刊在知识交流网络中位于核心位置。在期刊互引角度,日冕模型揭示了高影响因子期刊在知识交流中承担了更多的输出作用,直观地反映了这个学科的知识流动脉络。因此日冕模型可以作为描述期刊互引网络中知识流动的模型。 Based on journal citations indexed in the WOS database, this paper explores the subject structure and knowledge flow of Ecolo-gy through journal co-citation analysis and journal inter-citation analysis. Firstly, by analyzing the journal co-citation network, the study maps the structure of mainstream sub-disciplines of ecology, reveals that the ecology journals with high IF on knowledge exchange net-work are located in the core of the map. Secondly, corona model is used to reveal the knowledge exporter role of high IF journals in the journal inter-citation network.
