摘要
采用自制的磷腈单体六(烯丙氧基)环三磷腈(HACP)对不饱和聚酯树脂进行阻燃改性,用红外光谱、热重分析、极限氧指数与扫描电子显微镜测试表征分析了HACP的加入对树脂的结构、热稳定性及阻燃性的影响。结果表明:当HACP的质量分数超过10%时,HACP分子结构中的6个不饱和键不能完全参与固化反应;当HACP质量分数达到20%时,树脂的燃烧等级达到V-0,极限氧指数(LOI)为30.2%,在空气中500℃时残留率提高至30%。
The unsaturated polyester resin was modified by self-made phosphazene monomer hexallyloxycy-clophosphazene(HACP), and the effect of the addition of HACP on the structure, thermal stability, and flame retardancy of the resin was analyzed by FT-IR, TG, limited oxygen index, and SEM. The results show that when the mass fraction of HACP is more than10%, the six unsaturated bonds in HACP can not involve curing reaction completely. When the mass fraction of HACP is 20%, the flammability grade of the cured resin reaches V-0, the limiting oxygen index value is 30.2%, and the residual mass rate at 500℃increases to 30%.
