硒对大麦镉毒害的缓解效应研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解硒对大麦镉毒害的影响,通过大麦幼苗水培试验,研究了3μmol/L硒对50μmol/L镉胁迫下大麦幼苗根长、株高、生物量积累、SPAD值、光合参数、抗氧化酶活性及MDA含量的影响。结果表明:外源硒处理对大麦幼苗镉胁迫有一定的缓解作用,表现为大麦根长、株高、生物量积累和SPAD值恢复到对照水平,大麦根系和地上部镉含量降低,并使镉相关微量元素含量升高;外源硒恢复了镉对大麦光合系统的损伤,降低了镉引起的抗氧化酶活性的升高,减少了膜脂过氧化产物MDA积累,缓解了镉对大麦幼苗的毒害,增强大麦对镉的耐性。 In order to understand the effects of Se application on Cd toxicity in barley, a hydroponic experiment was carried out using barley genotype Golden Promise, to evaluate the mitigative effect of exogenous Se against Cd-induced oxidative stress, barley growth inhibition, Cd and other nutrients uptake and photosynthetic parameters damage. Addition of 3 ~mol/L Se in 50 I.Lmol/L Cd culture medium significantly alleviated Cd-induced growth inhibition, increased the plant height, root length, dry weight and SPAD value, Cd induced photosynthetic parameters decreases were also alleviated by Se application, and meanwhile, exogenous Se dramatically depressed SOD, POD and CAT activities, and MDA accumulation compared with 50 μmol/L Cd treatment, meliorated Cd-induced toxicity to barley seedings. Therefore, exogenous Se application could alleviate Cd toxicity in barley.
