摘要
当前杂交稻种子纯度鉴定以大田种植为主,鉴定时间长,受环境因素影响大,当鉴定结果出来后不合格种子已上市下地,影响到农业生产用种安全。微卫星标记具有共显性、稳定性、多态性高、数量丰富等特点,在快速鉴定杂交稻种子纯度上正显示出越来越重要的作用。利用微卫星标记和田间小区种植鉴定同时对杂交稻品种进行纯度鉴定,鉴定结果分别为93.0%和93.5%,结果很接近,说明利用微卫星标记进行杂交稻种子纯度鉴定是可行的。
The purity of hybrid rice seeds is identified mainly in field recently, and it spends a lot of time and is influenced by environment greatly. As a result, it affects the safety of seeds in agriculture because the unqualified seeds have been traded in market and sowed in field. Mierosatellite markers have advantages of co-dominance, stability, high polymorphism, richness in quantity and so on, and play a more and more important role in identifying the purity of hybrid rice seeds quickly. It's very close of the purities of hybrid rice seeds, which are 93.0% and 93.5%, identified by microsatellite markers and field plot testing, respectively. It shows that it's feasible to use microsatellite markers to identify the purity of hybrid rice seeds.
