摘要 针对复杂的工业现场下无法完成近距离的温度监测、测温系统需要人为不断检查的问题设计了基于CC430的智能型无线温度监测系统。该系统由K型热电偶、热电偶冷端补偿电路(AD8495)、信号调理电路以及单片机四部分组成。通过VB程序的设计,显示出当前的温度值以及温度阈值,超过预值则报警。CC430将MSP430及RF1A集成于一体,故其体积小、集成度高。运用便携式干体温度校验炉对该系统进行校准,实验验证该系统能够方便、准确测量温度,其测量误差在±1%以内,线性误差在±0.5%以内,满足测量要求。 With the problems of not completing close temperature monitoring under involved industrial sites, temperature monitoring system needs to be constantly checked, so on intelligent wireless temperature monitoring system based on CC430 is designed. This system is mainly composed of four parts:K type thermocouple,compensation of cold site circuit (AD8495), signal modulate circuit and CC430. Through the design of VB procedure, the current temperature and threshold temperature are presented, and when temperature exceeds the system will alarm. Because of CC430 combining MSP430 and RF1A in one chip, it has the advantages of small volume and high integration. The system has been calibrated by portable dry body temperature calibration furnace, and after experiments it has been verified that this system has convenience and accuracy of temperature measurement. The system meets the measurement requirements with its measurement error being within ±1% ,nonlinear being within ±0.5%.
