当前小教师资培养模式发展趋势分析——以江苏省为例

摘要 江苏省是我国教育大省,师范教育改革一直走在全国的前列。如今该省内小教师资培养专科和本科模式共存,在教师教育高层次化、开放化、多元化快速发展的背景下,有必要进一步深化江苏师范教育改革。构建更加科学合理的小教师资培养新模式需要考虑很多因素,无疑调查小教师资培养格局、预测小教师资需求趋势、厘清现存小教师资两种主要培养模式是关键。 Jiangsu province is a big education province in our country. Its teacher education reform has been in the country's leading position. At present the primary school teacher training college course mode and undergraduate course mode coexist. With the rapid development of teacher education's high - level,openness and diversity,it is necessary to further deepen the reform of normal education in Jiangsu. During constructing a more scientific and reasonable new prima-ry school teacher training mode,many factors need to be considered. Undoubtedly,the point is to survey the primary school teacher training pattern,predict the trend of the need of primary school teachers and clarify the two main modes for primary school teachers training.
